We partnered with Abrahamse & Company on a custom pool house and detached garage designed to give the homeowners a simple, comfortable place to unwind when they’re away from the city. The goal was to create modern, functional spaces that took advantage of the views of the rolling hills, the James River, and the surrounding property.

We were proud to work alongside Racer Construction and the homeowners on this four bedroom, three and a half-bath home in Sperryville, Virginia. Their vision blended modern and rustic elements, and from the start, natural light and surrounding views were top priorities.

We were proud to partner with Vailes Brothers, Inc. to help address several issues homeowners were experiencing with their exterior. The original windows were leaking, fogged, and no longer operating properly, and the wood siding had begun to rot, allowing water to reach the interior walls.

Window replacement projects aren’t always straightforward, and sometimes what you can’t see is what matters most. This was the case for a recent job in Mount Crawford; what began as a small concern quickly revealed a much larger issue hiding beneath the surface.
