Bringing Quality and Craftsmanship to a New Home Build

We were proud to partner with Sauder Builders on a new construction home to supply and install all of the windows and doors throughout the project. Our work focused on long-term performance, ease of maintenance, and visual appeal, all details that make a new house feel like home from day one.

Andersen 400 Series Windows

This home features Andersen 400 Series double-hung windows, one of the most trusted options among contractors. Known for their reliability and efficiency, these windows include Andersen’s signature jambliner design, which allows for smooth operation and long-term durability.

Each unit combines a wood interior frame with a vinyl-clad exterior, offering the warmth of wood indoors and the low-maintenance protection of vinyl outside. The white interior and exterior finishes paired with white grilles between the glass create a clean, classic look that complements the home’s overall design while keeping maintenance simple.

A Warm Welcome with ProVia Signet

The front entry features a ProVia Signet fiberglass door, chosen for its durability and refined style. To achieve the look of natural wood without the maintenance, this door has an oak-grain skin and is finished in ProVia’s “Ginger” stain. The result is a warm, inviting entrance that maintains its beauty over time, even in changing weather conditions.

Durable and Functional Exterior Doors

For the remaining exterior doors, we installed Therma-Tru fiberglass full-view units in white. These doors offer the same low-maintenance benefits and energy efficiency as the front door, with clear glass panels that bring more natural light into the home and connect indoor and outdoor spaces seamlessly.
