The goal is to improve usability, increase livable outdoor square footage, and create outdoor living areas better suited for everyday enjoyment, entertaining, and relaxation.

PWD Home is transforming an existing porch into a comfortable, year-round living space designed for every season. Operable windows bring in fresh air during the summer, while the space can be fully enclosed to stay warm in the colder months. Thoughtful design and careful planning ensure the porch feels like a natural extension of the home.

We’re currently partnering with Racer Construction on a renovation and addition to a historic 220-year-old home in Sperryville, Virginia.

We partnered with Abrahamse & Company on a custom pool house and detached garage designed to give the homeowners a simple, comfortable place to unwind when they’re away from the city. The goal was to create modern, functional spaces that took advantage of the views of the rolling hills, the James River, and the surrounding property.
