We recently partnered with Sauder Builders on a home renovation project that combined updates to an existing space and new additions. The renovation included a kitchen and garage addition, along with upgrades throughout the original part of the home. Our team was proud to handle the installation of all new windows and doors to help bring the homeowners’ vision to life.
Setting Windows and Door for the New Additions
Our experienced installation crews set the new windows and doors in both the garage and kitchen additions. Each opening was carefully prepared to ensure every product fit securely and operated smoothly. The result is a clean, consistent look across the new sections of the home.
Preparing the Existing Home for Replacement Units
The renovation also included replacement windows and doors in the existing portion of the house. Because many of the old openings required new framing to accommodate updated sizes, our carpentry team reframed and prepped each one with precision. This step ensured the new units were properly set and aligned with the style and structure of the older home.
Quality Materials for Lasting Results
The project featured white Windsor Pinnacle double-hung windows, an extruded aluminum exterior for durability and a painted wood interior for a warm, finished look. This combination provides lasting strength while maintaining a timeless aesthetic.
In the existing portion of the home, we installed Windsor Pinnacle Clad French doors featuring a 3/4 lite panel design, 7/8” SDL bars, and antique brass hardware. The details give the doors a refined, modern style that complements the home’s character and previous renovations.
